Look no further for the best home inspector! Chris was extremely thorough, professional, and far exceeded all of my expectations. His inspections were very detailed and even pointed out things that weren't necessary but more informational about our home. I enjoyed the digital report that I could download and access as much as I like through the company website.

Besides blowing my mind on how good the home inspection was, Chris also went above and beyond when we may have developed a mold problem in out crawl space a couple months after the purchase of our home. This was several months after the home inspection, but when I asked Chris about mold issues, he said he didn't find any during his inspection but would be happy to come look again. Mind you, mold can start within a couple days and this was several months after the inspection; he had no obligation to reinspect, but he did. Thankfully, we did not have a mold issue in our crawlspace and I was sincerely appreciative of Chris's efforts in easing my anxiety about it.

The care, consideration, and professionalism he showed in doing the reinspection was just icing on the cake for an already amazing job. I couldn't have picked a better home inspector and I'm thankful I hired him. If I ever buy another home, I know exactly who I'll be calling for the inspection. If you're on the fence about who to hire, stop looking and call Chris. I promise you won't regret it!
