Real Estate Transactions:
If you are buying or selling a home, it should be tested for Radon. Traditional passive testing requires several days of collection and then shipping the samples to a third party laboratory for analysis. When the results are above the action level, additional passive tests must be collected to verify the initial results. This is additional time that can delay the real estate transaction. Our continuous monitors analyze the air every ten minutes and produce an hourly average for at least 48 hours. Once completed, the data collected does not require additional time and monitoring as with passive devices.
