Our firm was established to provide expert solutions to businesses and individuals. Owner Chris Howell, a graduate of Centre College has spent more than 25 years working in the inspection and environmental fields. During this time, he has built a successful business that spends each day consulting with buyers and sellers on building conditions. Chris is also well-versed in indoor air quality issues, including lead-based paint, asbestos, and mold.
